The Community Advisory Council to Howard County's Board of Education is looking for at-large members for the upcoming school year.

The members are representatives from local Parent-Teacher Associations who provide advice to the elected school board. The CAC hosts educational programs for members and allows them to voice their opinions about curriculum, education policy, budget and redistricting.

At-large members serve two-year terms and usually meet at 7:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month at the Department of Education, in Ellicott City.
